Hi, Can anybody help me with a schematic for a Robodrill T14iA. I am having issues with the machine not turning off after it has been on for a while and am trying to locate the relay that actuates the main contactor. Machine comes up with a KM1 weld alarm which id the main contactor. Any help would be very much appreciated.
as you can see in the picture
X20.7 needs to go off to switch off, so you need to check this input
also when KM5 is energised it latches itself on, so make sure ON switch is not sticking in
when you switch off check you have output from Y23.6 which operates KA12 which in turn releases KM5
