You can check motor grounding or the parameter setting on the driver.

Check for worn ball screw or bearings, backlash can cause servo motor to hunt or vibrate.

We allready find the 2 bearings of ball screw up side
Is damage. And then motor become over heat and over loud
Then we change that 2 bearings
    But motor still same problem
Vibrating and not stable. After stop . It try to move small movie left and right
    Please advise

Backlash is term used to describe excessive clearances caused by worn bearings or ball screws and nuts. When the backlash becomes too great it can cause the servo to vibrate and shake. You can easily feel this by turning it by hand. Also you said the motor had heated up, check to see if the windings have not shorted.
