1001 LUBE TIME OUT ALARM

We have a yang smv-1000 cnc machine with a fanuc 0M-D controller.
this alarm comes up and I need to know where and how to LUBE these machines.
I don't see a Vactra 2 reservoir.
Do the use a grease gun? If so were is the Fitting for each axis?
