Hardware needed for parameters loading on FANUC 15TF control

Dear members,

Tomorrow would be our first attempt to reload all parameters on a 15TF control (OKUMA-HOWA _ACT-3) turning machine.
We've managed to get a backup copy of parameters from an identical machine we've found near by and we have a few questions as we get ready for this big task.
1. At the moment there is no PC hooked up to the machine thus we need to carry a laptop computer with us, meaning we will need proper comm cable and proper software. What would be a good choice for an easy-to-get software that would enable us to transfer parameter archives? And what type of cable is needed for this purpose?
2. Is there a particular order for these archives to be transfer into the 15TF control? here is the list of all the files that we have.
OKUMA ACT3.LMD-9
PARAMETROS.NC
OFFSET.NC
PROGRAMAS.NC
And also have one more archive, with 3 subfolders, Opts, Posts and Tools.
Any info/guidance would be greatly appreciated.
