Fanuc OM - Parameter restore from backup

Have a Fanuc OM system that I’m trying to recover.
Long story short; Mem-card broken, replaced mem-card and now trying to reload parameters.

Have inserted 900s manually. Loaded prm and dgn from PC via RS232.
had to manually add some 300 DGN parameters - don’t know why but didn't load from PC.

When powering up the machine monitor hangs on the startup screen. When pressing "PROG" next screen says “599 OTHERS ALARM” and NOT READY blinking (see pics)

Is alarm 599 custom macro related? My machine has this Fanuc custom macro cassette installed. The manufacturer says macros can be restored on my machine.

500 to 599 MACRO ALARM
This alarm is related to the custom macro, macro executor, or order--
made macro (including conversational program inputs). Refer to the
relevant manual for details. (The macro alarm number may coincide
with an overtravel alarm number. However, they can be distinguished
from each other because the overtravel alarm number is
accompanied with the description of the alarm.

Hi, it's worth mentioning that my z-axis (vertical) is in a very low position.
For macros (ATC, door open/close…) manufacturer told me that this can be re-generated.
I'm stuck on pt 5 - Not able to enter/insert "9999"….. (see pic)

Halo to all i am new to cnc zone all the way from South Africa , i want to ask your clever people for some help i am stuck with my 1995 VMC Eumach 1400-P OM control for 2 months now, i have lost all parameters i have restored them all, all works well except my M codes, seems like it gets no command to activate from my program as well in MDI, i can start my spindle manually m3 and m4 can switch the water on also, please to my new cnc zone family need some help
