Type in your program number first O1234 then press INSERT Now press the EOB Key then press INSERT. The controller will not accept the EOB in the same line the program if you have included the EOB with it. Must be done separately.

...we can over come. the 11m was just a 6MB fanuc with softkeys....I perfured the 6MB or sister 6TB tech 1980's STD's with CRT's ..push buttons.

have we stored the Params yet...

leave the power ON to the Control....in EStop is a good Idea too.

I did as per your instructions and got the program number to be on a line by itself. Unfortunately that did not affect the problem with the control not running anything in G01 mode. I also installed the new DAC chip in the Fanuc motor drive hoping that was the problem with it not accepting speed command. That was a fail as well.Thanks for your help.

I have not stored the parameters yet. Will get it done this weekend. Short of someone knowing what is causing this G01 not running issue, I may have to just wait until I have time to retrofit to a Dynomotion setup. I have done that with two lathes and they work great. Thanks for your help.
