Old Fanuc 6M Hitachi VMC

Hello everyone, Does anyone know what this message is about?
My old VMC, always true to work, (Hitachi 6M from 84') woke up with this problem, well actually she woke up with a 901 alarm, "Fault in bubble device" so we did a Bubble Memory Initialize procedure, and after restarting the system, this comes out.
Any help will be very appreciated.
