Fanuc 21i TB

Hello all, machine is a doosan puma 700 m with fanuc 21i TB, problem is after setting the Q-setter (re-calibrate) it wont pick up the wear offsets ? re-touched off using the geometry set off the part (no Q-setter) and it worked fine? anybody no what parameter 5020 (ofs no) is used for? thanks

What do you mean it won't pick up the wear offset

Hi mb, the machine does not read the wear offset, it does not adjust to it

Shut the Machine all the way down and now it works fine
