Fanuc Program Transfer Tool, varying file extension

When dragging a file from Machine view to PC view to upload a program, on machine A the file is transferred without extension and on machine B the uploaded file has .NC file extension.

I have read Fanuc's Program Transfer Tool manual and could not find any option that affect the extension of uploaded file, so where does it come from? Machine parameters?

Program XFER tool,
In Windows:
Start / PTTCONF.exe will start the "Setting Dialog Tool" where you can change the extension type per machine under Tab "DISPLAY"

Hi,
Unfortunately this has no effect on what extension is put in the filename after transfer is complete. There are 3 machines and all of them have .NC defined in pttconf.exe, yet only on one machine the NC extension is added.
