Dear Experts

HMC was running fine without any issues. It was shut down properly and completely put off from Incomer
When Machine was put ON after a week, we get error NC alarm Path 1 [SV0401](B)IMPROPER V_READY OFF
Please let us have check points to ensure drive ready signal of Indexing axis B

I would look at the lights on your drives and see it anything is in alarm. Make sure all the fans on the drive are running.
