    Default Fanuc Spindle 73 alarm

Hi everybody, sorry for my bad english

I was working in my vertical milling center and suddenly machine's cycle start led turned off, and no alarms. I turned Off-on and I got alarm SP9073, SP1982, SP1999

    Manual says:
    Alarm 73
The signal of the motor sensor is disconnected.

I've already checked cable pin by pin on both ends from spindle encoder and spindle amplifier, and a I've replaced the encoder bought new from FANUC and still the same alarm.

    Encoder is an A20B-2003-0311
Fanuc servo amplifier is A06B-6164-H33#H580, is like all-in-one, servos X,Y,Z and spindle are connected there.
Control is a Fanuc 0i-mate MD

A crazy old man said it could be the servo amplifier
