Hello, we are having problema with one put od four our fanuc robodrill machines with alarm 1021 Spindle contactor is defective. On the Spindle servo amplifier it is alarm 27. I have tried searching in ladder diagrams for possible causes for this alarm to occur. What is K0005.6? Where can i find manual describing addresses in ladder diagrams? We have tried changing Spindle encoder, no luck so far.
Next I have found out searching through ladder diagrams that these are conditions which trigger alarm 1021:
Can you explain me what is this R0300.7?
Is that some kind of parameter which compares some values and stores their compared values to this bit 7 which becomes active when alarm is triggered?
What is that timer and how to configure its value? Is it another parameter? Which one?
Please I need further insight to this problem.
Why is the door connected to this spindle alarm in the first place anyways??
Why is not pulse coder in the formula for triggering alarm?
Or is there any other place in ladder diagrams where I could find other possible causes causing this alarm 1021?
