This is done in the ladder.
I can't recall if the 0i has an eprom like early 0 versions, but if so, you need an eprom burner and programmer.

The CNC and PLC side communicate via a bus called the BMI, where codes are passed either way, for the CNC to send to the PLC, F functions are used, for PLC to CNC, G codes are used.

I think what everyone is saying is that even if you had CNC program instructions you still need changes done in the PMC to make it all work.
More than one signal will be needed to accomadate a bar feeder safely.
Al_the_man has given you good instructions.

Quite often decent MTB's will have additional Mcodes pre defined in the PLC usually a latched type or a oneshot. Barfeeder integration should be much more than just an m-code with alarm codes for faults as well.
You would need software to decompile the fanuc PMC and knowledge of PLC ladder code.

First step would be extracting the PMC from your 0i this is easiest done from the PMC menu, which version 0i do you have TB, TC, TD, TF, TF PLUS ?
