Fanuc system

Single block is not working in fanuc 31i series. Input is coming but output is not energised. Because of that single block is not working - G046.1 bit is not enabling.

Do you have any macros calling/changing system variable #3003?
Single block can be manipulated by passing a numeric parameter to this variable.
