Question Alarm 369 Fanuc Servo Amp

Our factory experienced a power surge last week as a result from lightning striking a transformer.
It caused our mori seiki sl-250 to go down by shorting the original servo amp out.

I replaced the servo amp, but now, I'm getting Alarm 369 data trans. error for both the X-axis and the T-axis

I find it unlikely that the surge fried the servo amp and both of the encoders on those motors, but stranger things have happened.

    6096-h208 amp and 0143-b075 motors

Looked for possible shorts in wire between servo amp and encoders, but found none.
    Connectors looked fine on encoders
