Question G54 Error - Flat End Mill offset?

I'm new to cnc and I got an opportunity to use the machines a a brand new shop

2 mills with Fanuc oi MF controllers

I received code and it won't simulate on my manual guide I or other sims. It jumps back and forth and does not complete the code.

also could someone give me generic tool data for a flat end mill

    heres some dimensions of the tool I received D.0625 z -.03 cr=0

Also sorry to be a newb but what do those pertain to - obviously the tool offset data but how do I convert that to the geometry page.

    Thank You,
    O

You don't have to put anything in the tool offset page this is only active when you are using cutter comp G41 G42 if that is in your program then you need to add the tool diameter

When you do a program using a Cam Program you set the tools you are going to use in the program once processed everything should be ready for the machine all that is needed in the machine is your work Offset and your Tool Z Offset the Geometry page can be setup for your tool number and tool diameter but not always needed
