Problem with Fanuc - Illegal command G71-G76

I have a Hawk lathe with a 21i giving me the above error. I cannot figure out what the problem is.

The first block is a straight drill cycle, no peck and it errors

The second is a peck drill cycle (.083) and contains Q parameter, no error
I tried adding Q0000 but that didn't work either.
What should I try? Thanks!!

G74 requires the Q word. Try setting Q = Z Q0025

or just do a G1 move.

The code comes from my post processor in Bobcad. I'll take a look and see if I can fix that also.
