Hi after troubleshooting indexing C axis and changing of encoder the Base 0 card was removed and battery power plug to the card accidently pulled out so we have now Ram Parity Base0.
this machine has for many years had problems with communication on the two ports so no backup has been made.

All the different "Fanuc" people I hawe been in contact with says you have BIG problems and need special cards etc and all software from Mori Seiki and Fanuc !!!

The machine was working perfect exept communications with Pc on com port and indexing on C axis; didn't lock on some degrees.

You lost all parameters (NC+PMC), programs, offsets etc. No boards are needed as far as I can see.

You will have to turn the control ON holding the 7 & 9 keys pressed until the memory address is counting down. Then you have to clear the FAPT area:
Power the control ON while pressing the backspace key.
Then press the “AUX” softkey. It will then ask for a request, type “CFINT”.
It will ask initialize yes or no, type yes. The screen will message you when it is complete.

As far as I know you do not need any pcb, What is the part number of the BASE 0?

Agree with Alex Fanuc, If you see regular screens (mutiple alarms after following my CLEAR procedure), you just have to reload data.
