935 SRAM ECC ERROR

I have a problem with the machine TSUGAMI BU20 (fanuc 160i): as soon as I start the machine the message "935 sram ecc error" appears. I tried to restore the SRAM with the backup, the machine starts without any alarm but after some time (does not exceed 20min) the message "935 sram ecc error" appears again.
