MV Junior Fanuc 10 Scrambled Screen and Japanese Characters

This machine has a Fanuc 10MA-D controller with a Error "d" on the main board and on the screen it shows scrambled japanese characters for an inital screen and for subsecuent screens, also the 7&9 combination on startup does not work.

Any help is appreciated.
