hi, I have halbronn kiwa machine and need foto PMC parameter(counter,timer and keeprelay), my machine lost all parameters. Someone have this parameters?

need help..my machine model mcv610..fanuc 10m controller..all parameter gone..now i setup nc parameter..i have no pc prm..and now disply show the alarm ot116 disconnect pos coder...now what can i do..for this solution.plz help me...thanks
