"Not ready" state Fanuc 0-P

Hello everyone,

As title, i have a press punch CNC Murata's machine!
It use 0-P Fanuc controller!
Now, i am in a trouble follow as: When i press "ON" button, the screen display "Not ready" state so I can't operate the machine! (as photo below)
I can't press any button on the control panel except "ON", "OFF" "EMC" button!
I checked volts DC on the board: +5v, +24v, +15v, -15v . All are fine!
But on the mother board, red Led "SO" light! (as photo below)

So can you help me? This is very necessary with me!
