Fanuc 18i-MB 073 alarm

Hello,

Have a Doosan VMC with the Fanuc 18i-MB control.
When loading a program from the laptop I get the 073 program number already in use alarm.
The program number is not in use.

What would cause this.

check the beginning of the program
one of the controls that i have looks pretty standard

the other one requires a space at the beginning of the program
(space here)
:1234
