Fanuc I’m cutter comp problem help

I have a kiwa excell colt 510 with a Fanuc om controller and my offset page only goes to 1-32 and having problems when I program with mastercam using cutter comp my machine Biggs out and does not read program correctly any help would be appreciated thanks

I am going through the same problem with these offsets. Until I can figure out how to configure the control properly to have separate dia and wear offsets, I have to put in the tool length offset and dia offset under different numbers say H 12 and D 32, and call the h and d separately for each tool. I really REALLY hate it. This is supposed to be a high optioned machine (16MA w/ CAP and graphics), I cant understand why the offsets are like this. I can't be of any help on the mastercam portion.

Both of you may have to enable options. Whether your specific control even has the needed option can only be determined after I know your system software version.

I have 2 machines pulling this BS.
The first one is a 0MA running 0415- 08 OMM 0A36-02 PMC 440C-F This is kind of a bare bones control so it doesn't shock me
The other one is a highly optioned 16MA running B005-12 SERVO 9060-10 OMM BA71-22 PMC470F-C (PURCHACED WITH CUTTER COMP C AND DOCUMENTED IN THE BUILD SHEET AND 9000 PARAMETERS)

1: the first control is a 0MB and does not seem to have that option available.
2: Send me by pm a list of the 9000 parameters.
