Default HELP WITH TURRET NOT MOVING ON O-T CONTROL

    Hello everyone,

We needed to reload all parameters on a lathe with a O-T control. Once we have entered all parameters the machine was put back to live. all axis and spindle are moving. EXCEPT for the TURRET not moving at all when we send the Tool change from MDI mode.

Does anyone has a procedure for resetting the Turret. Machine was working fine before the parameters were dumped.

Thank you a bunch in advance.

I think an "X" address is an input to the PLC. You would need a printout of the ladder to know what the value would need to be to get the outcome you want.

Unfortunately we have zero documentation on this machine.

I have not checked that particular input. most machines use X21.4 for E-Stop circuitry. but I was never required to check on this next one up. I am going to check this next. thank you!
