Takisawa TA 20 915 SRAM PARITY
Hello all!
Im intrested of to buy a Takisawa ta 20 lathe with Fanuc 18T ? control I beleive,
it have: 915 SRAM PARITY alarm! is this an expensive- difficult problem to repair? what all needs to be done
for to get it in running order again? And does eny one know what is the maximum bar diam what goes thru the spindel
on this lathe? Cant find eny information on that on the internet for Takisawa TA 20..
Thats all for now, if I buy it, I will probobly ask for more help later..

But you won't know how complete they are until you are trying to operate the machine.
You are absolutley right with that Memoryman! It is a big risk to take what I might regret much later if I dont get the lathe to work!.. :-/ But I must admit that Im very tempted to give a bid on the lathe..Originally Posted by memoryman

I have 40+ years experience working on cnc equipment. I have seen machines retrofitted/scrapped because of lack of proper backup.

Ps:if is not working properly from where you take it---let it there,are a plenty of CNC machines on this world to satisfy your needs....
