takisawa mac v-3 atc tool changer problem

hey there i have a takisawa mac v-3 mill.fanuc o-m control and an atc 10-e tool changer on a 24 tool magazine that comes out through the back of the machine.
all parameters where lost and i believe that i have replaced all of them including the 9001 macro..
    here's my issue....
running the tool change program to load tools, the machine stops completely when m80 comes up...and it will just sit there forever.it will not time out or go into alarm..the door opens but the tool magazine will not wont come out.
same thing in handle..i can press the solenoid for it to come out and it does. it will rotate and do what it should.and then reverse back in and close the door.
it gets signal to reverse the mag but does not get signal to the solenoid to go forward..
relays are good and solenoid is also good.
z zero and z secondary are also good.
diagnostic shows everything is satisfied for the magazine to come forward.
i'm stumped and have had two companies out here checking it out to no avail.
    maybe missing a specific parameter?
I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE SOME HELP
    THANKS

i assume that the M80 must push the magazine foward.
this command must ahev a related output like YXX.X and if you do not see the ladder, becasue is 0M-A or B ,you can check that output in diagnose
So check in your electrical diagram for the magazine foward output adress and see in diagnose if it getting 1 on M80 command.
if is not getting 1 it means that you stiil need a condition,if it is getting 1 and the realy is not on ,that means a bad cable from I/O board to the relay board.
You did not say if the spindle is orientated or not and confirmed.
    Good luck
