I last used machine it ran fine . Now after start up I have no table or travel functions etc . Screen seems to tell me EMG is on . No error codes . EMG button works shutting off chiller & Hydro system .
Where do i start checking ?. I was sitting against a travel stop when stopped i guess . I thought that was it ,but reset button & over ride button wont let me move back table . I removed switch & checked voltage @ 24v.
Switch works on and off & also turns off chiller & hydro system ever time . Too me seems like reset does not work or i have other problem . I refilled lube tank ,it was getting low . Does any body know what else

I am a newbie for sure at this machine & have not many books on it .
Is the table in overtravel condition ?
if an overtravel limit switch is activated, the machine is put into a feedhold state, hydraulics and spindle are disabled....until the table is put back into the machining zone.
with power off... wind leadscrew by hand
or
press OT Release button while manually using MPG to bring table into machining zone (jog buttons may not work in conjunction with the OT button)
OT limit switches are the hard limits of the machine ... these are not the homing limit switches.
The hard limits are not necessary the maximum use of the leadscrews but they stop the machine before physical damage can be done to the machine components.
When I normally hit limit switch . I press reset switch then hold override button & use mpg to move table back . This time it doesn't work .. I took limit switch off machine (lead screw too hard to turn ,table 10'x4' too heavy ). How does a person use ladder to trouble shoot EMG . Also usually when I hit ot switch it shows up on screen ,no ot error on screen . Some thing else must be tripping EMG ?

you must have more than 1 estop... possibly a door not fully closed... but they also should report door open.

Last one is something what i think is Safe Door Cabinet . I cant find switch on cabinet . Does slash across connector mean closed connection . Safe Door has no slash in ladder
I went around & pushed each limit stop with power on . Each time i manually push each limit switch, my chiller & hydro system turns off ,just as big red button does same.
Would I be wrong in thinking EMG is set . Or do i have failure in power of drives some how . I attached pic of screen showing what i think is EMG highlighted in brighter yellow .
the X6.4 signal you must find in electrical book what it means.
machine in working state has the emg line highlight,when the line is off it means emg is on.
strange ladder you have there,should be x21.4 not x6,4
safety door cabinet switch must have a key to put it off on the door cabinet.
