We have a fanuc cnc 31i model A controller.
They asked me to make a webapplication to send the tooloffset.txt file to the controller via ftp.
I have tried connecting to the cnc with filezilla and i have tried to connect my laptop to the back ethernet port of the controller and tried to gain access that way, but with no success.
I know that fanuc has the Program transfer tool, but we want to make our own.
So my question is: Is this posible, if so how can i achieve this.
Im new to this stuff so i don't know much about it.
I guess u are using the embedded ethernet port. This means you have to run a filezilla server on the pc and your machine is ftp client.
Configure the ftp host (pc ip, ... ) on the nc. And thats it. Maybe make some pictures of your settings and place them here. Easier to help that way.
