Fanuc 0T on Bridgeport Romi Lathe

I’m having some trouble finding manuals for my machine. The machine will power on but the control will not. Do I need a manual for my machine or can I get a manual for a fanuc 0T control?

Made a little progress. I am following a flowchart for troubleshooting.
The board I'm testing is an A16B-2201-0101
I am at the flowchart block that says "-CRT Defective, - Memory Card Defective, -Master printed-circuit board defective"
The CRT is on sort of. It has random green pixels. I can change the brightness, horizontal, vertical so I believe its good.
I need to narrow it down a little more since a replacement main board and memory board are expensive.

The memory board has an LED. It also has several pins labeled +5V, GND, LOAD, ROMP, +24E, +24V, +15V -15V.
Should the led be powered on when the machine is powered up?
Should I be able to read the volts from those pins?

Progress is made. Don't know why the picture is sideways. Lathe is still not in ready status.

Stuck on 408 Alarm.
My circuit control board A16B-2201-0440/07B isn't powering up. Can't determine where it gets power from to measure it.

Way past all those errors now. I wasn't able to find a operators manual. Anyone know how to home this machine?
