Fanuc - A20B-1001-0770/04B HC red led

Hello,
I have a problem again. One year ago I had a problem with my machine. When I start on machine morning - I had Gross positioning error, and HC lamp on my PCB. When I started on machine again was ok. Sometimes this problem repeats few times in 1-2 hour. I replaced PCB
Everyting was ok around one year.

2 days ago when machine finished program, showed Gross positioning error again... When i try turn on again I have a error axis drive not ready and HC led on PCB.
PCB is ok becouse I replaced cards from my other machine with the same system, and was the same problem but light on new LEDs - TGM i TGN and HC of course...

Maybe somebody know where I should looking for a reason??

I have the exact same problem, and I have also tryed with another PCB and again HC led turned on. Did anyone solve this problem?
