    Default Diameter vs. Radial Wear Comp - Fanuc 0-TC

    The X-axis wear compensation in my Fanuc 0-TC control is in radial increments. A wear adjustment of 0.001", for example, makes a diametral change of 0.002". Is there a setting that will change to the comp to diameter values?

    Hi,

    Check parameter 0001 #4 -- ORC;

    1: Offset value becomes a diameter designation.
    0: Offset value becomes a radius designation.

    Check also 0001 #3 -- TOC:
    1: Offset is cancelled by RESET button.
    0: Offset is not cancelled by RESET button.

    Regards,
    Heavy_Metal.
