Can receive code from machine but can not send code from PC

Dear all,

I have a punch machine 3000Q use FANUC 0P-B controller.
As title, i am using RS232 cable for transmit code from PC to machine.
When i receive code from machine, every thing are okay. But when i send code from PC, although DNC software notice that code was transferred but on the screen machine, "READ" still blink.
So what is my problem and solution for it? I wonder whether settings and parameters for transmitting were failed so please anyone give me settings and parameters for FANUC 0P-B?
