no axis moves in Fanuc 11m

I recently purchased one kitamura h500 machine which have a fanuc 11m control.
I trying to move axis but it didn't move except y axis.
In my case I show ladder program according to ladder It need input of x21.1 and x21.3 which is commented by "P1ULDF" and "P2ULDF".
Can any one tell me meaning of this.
How can I find Input pin from I/o board for this input I/o card which is used in this system is [COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)] A20B 1000 0940 06B,[/COLOR][COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)]A20B 1000 0950 05A.
Please help me.
