    Default Fanuc spindle motor issue

Im having a problem on a NEW (install date jun18/2018) lathe. with 0iTF and Beta combo drives (spindle and 2 axis drive plus power supply in one unit) traditional belt drive spindle motor.
The dealer has never seen this before. Nor I.
The sub side spindle motor is doing this intermittent thing where it wont decel to a complete stop, but only it seems to do it from one direction. And only when thoroughly warmed up.
It will decel normally down to about 200~300 rpm then it kind of just starts coasting to a stop. It did this on the first job ran on it. When the service guy came, it wouldn't reproduce the issue. We are now running the lathe steady 24/7 and it is doing it on every part, twice.

Check parameter 4199. This is the zero speed detection level for signal SST for the sub spindle. Maybe this causes some trouble.

I will check that. But I think it is solved.
If you watch the youtube vid of the spindle monitor screen at 25% speed you can see that when the first M205 is encountered. The motor speed instantly goes to zero for a split second. The belts are slipping. After the service guy compltely disassembles the sheetmetal you can see the belts. While being very tight, are all greasy and gooey. The MTB seems to have dipped this lathe in cosmoline when crating it up, including spraying down the motor and spindle sheaves and belts. Some thorough scrubbing scraping and douching with electric motor cleaner and the problem is gone.
