Hello,
I am new in Fanuc controller. Can any body help me to identify the G & F code meaning i.e. commands/information from CNC to PMC via F code & from PMC to CNC via G code.
Manuals or link help will be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
In PMC ladder, F0007.3, F0026.2, F0094.1, G0043.7, G0070.7, G0027.0, G0043.5 etc. etc. codes are used. I want to know the meaning or information of these bits. How to find out?
Can any body help.
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Thank you very much for interest shown & reply.
Manual which you mentioned is hardware manual & expalins different types of hardwares & their methods to configure I/O address.
I want to understand the data transfer/communicated between CNC & PMC via F & G addresses.
Kindly help.
Regards
Basically the G address are the "Commands" from the PMC to the CNC the F addresses are the confirmation that it happened. G7.2 is cycle start, IF the CNC is in the ready state, no lalrms in Auto mode and has a program ready to run. When you press the cycle start button the logic has a rung with G7.2 This will go on stating "Start the Cycle, an F bit goes on stating that the cycle is running F0.5
Hope this helps
