Problem with rigid tapping

Good morning,
Im looking for some help with rigid tapping on a Doosan Puma 480XL. I have programmed rigid tapping using G84 and manual guide, the problem is that the spindle rotation is not smooth, when the cycle starts the spindle judders during both the forward and reverse rotation.

did you turn on spidle rotation before G84?

Can you post the program and the type of controller ?
