Fanuc 15m not booting up

Hi all,
I have KIA KH40B HMC machine. The problem I am facing is when I turn on the machine,something like it's tripping;

the panel turns on and turns off suddenly;

but at the back control panel all the S system cards are working, fans are running.

What could be the problem?
