Baruffaldi Turret On 10" Megabore Fanuc 18i-TB

Hi can anyone help me on my 10" Megabore Fanuc 18i-TB.
Baruffaldi turret with DMS-08BF drive it wasnt indexing and turned out the motor is faulty so they replaced the motor and could only index one tool at a time anything more would through up a alarm turret zero search time out, we installed the new drive and now doesnt index at all and give a 4.1 alarm on drive and same alarm turret zero search time out please help

Hi Thank you will it have the zero position procedure on the DMS-08BF?

it is a beta drive for the turret?
if yes,u should have a screen special for this drive.

Who are you, where is installed your Machine? I can send you all technical info for easy to solve, and reserved procedure for to check, for diagnostic, and for alignment RESOLVER/MOTOR.
Get me also before Label on servomotor, and Label on servodrive DMS...

Not exist BETA DRIVE on this machine Megabore, there is a CUSTOM PROCEDURE for to install and for to SET after CHANGING SERVOMOTOR B5602p or Proper DRIVE DMS. Only need Serial N. of Turret and i can specify exactly procedure.
