Serv Alarm

Hi every one;
I was vacation during 1 week. And when i go back and turn on the cnc with fanuc O-MD control , i got alarm 910 Ram parity(low) than i pushed reset and delete key for perform memory all clear.
suddenly many servo alarms appeared:
Alarm n°417////Alarm n°427///Alarm n°437
So im need ur help to stepdown this problem, thank you
