Default AMADA RG80 / 9EX backstops losing sizes

    Hi,

I'm hoping someone can offer some insight into a problem with our Amada RG80 press brake.
The machine is equiped with a 9EX control.

When a bend is programmed, the size comes out correctly for the first bend. Thereafter, the backstops tend to drift around 0.2 of a mm for each bend thereafter. By the time five bends are completed, the backstops are around a millimeter off.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Your voltage to encoders is dropping. You need board below.
