simultaneous axis problem

Do you have the line in the G code it fails on? In older fanuc (OM) moving 3 axis simultaneous is an option that had to be bought/enabled in the 900 parameters and the same goes for 4+. An error like this would pop if enabling helical interpolation where it moves 3 axis at the same time if the parameter for 3 axis simultaneous was not enabled. Maybe it's something similar?

Thanks for your advice but ...actually the machine is AWEA FCV-620 series(5 AXES) brand new recently PURCHASED....and that message("PS0015 too many simultaneous axes") come when i insert
G-code block like this ...
G0 G90 G54 X0.0 Y0.0 Z120.0 B45.0 C130;

ANY ADVICE HOW TO ENABLE 5TH AXES TO RUN SIMULTANEOUSLY ALL AXES

Call Fanuc or the MTB if its new. It still sounds trøstes to s parameter thats not on :S

fanuc standard is 3 axis simultanious moving
4 axes machine will move only 3 same time,the 4th is an option and need to buy it and 5 axes ,same time,i believe is not possible,only if you buy full options
i should run first G0G90G54 X0 Y0 Z0

this should work,never put in same line 5 axis positioning same time,will not work.

I pay for 4+1 axes ...not for full 5 axes simultaneously...... because machine builder not offering full 5 axes simultaneously.....
