Rotary table gcode transformation questions

Hello All.
I try to define a gcode for fanuc 31bi machine with rotary table.
The part and its WCS is not located in the center of the rotary table.
The part's WCS is defined as G54 in the machine.

How do I make the transformation from the G54 to the table center so the program run well?
Is there a way the controller calculate it by Gcode? Or should I program the transform somehow in the POSTProcessor?
