    hi,

check if your 8400 on ward parameters are correct ?

check if you have any broken wire from Servo Amp to C-Axis Motor.

Is it a Hybrid Drive ( T&C Combined) or Individual Drive ( Amp) for C-Axis ?

On the drive A06B-6057-H402 check terminal 3 & 4 this is drive enable signal. You need 100VAC if no power, check voltage on R3 & S3 at terminal strip. Do you have 100VAC? No? Check tripped circuit breaker.
What LED on master board is on?

I noticed you are getting HC alarm. High current. If above checks out, I would think one of the parts you listed have failed. Not likely C axis cable failed it never moves. I may have a drive you can try depending on your location. We can work out return if it doesnt fix your problem.

    Regards,

Individual Drive. We suspect due to lower auto index problem. Maybe due to chip stuck in worm gear. The auto index bottom, we realise, it is not smooth rotating.
Do you have any drawing for pega 345 regarding auto index dismantle?

    Thanks

    Hi, joe

Thanks. HC alarm no more. But alarm 444 still appear. We suppect it is lower auto index issue. As we find out that, it is not rotating smoothly. Do you have any drawing for pega 345 on auto index?
Maybe there is chip stuck inside.

    Thanks
