How to programming free key on keyboard

Hi all!

On "my" fanuc's cnc (series 0/15/16/31) the keyboard is dividev in 3 areas. In any area there are some free keys, I mean that this keys are not linked at any operations/functions.

Is it possible programming this free key? Someone have some ideas?
