Fanuc 0i-MC FROM System files required!

Hello!I have Vertical Machining Center with Fanuc Control 0i-MC.One of our newbie technician has mistakenly initialized(formatted) the FROM(Flash ROM) due to which all system and user files have been deleted.Now,FROM is empty(showing no file).Kindly can anyone send me system files(NCBASIC,GRAPHICS,DGSRVO etc) of this control...anyone who has 0i-MC can go to IPL(boot) by pressing down two" arrow" soft keys on display and make backup of these files by using option "SYSTEM DATA SAVE"...These files have extension 000(eg, NCBASIC.000)..thank you for your earliest attention...u can also contact or send me files through email john_keats99@yahoo.com

I don't think there is any procedure for unformatting...u can share if u know!

That is why you stay out of user Private mode. Next time have them press the two most right soft keys, (User public) this can NOT happen in the user public mode which is where you should only be. Call Fanuc and they can restore those file. Getting them from a completely different machine will only cause you more problems as different options require different executive softwares. Hope this helps.

Yes, usual copying of the files will not help, it is necessary to copy itself Flash chip and hardware composition of the system ;-). Otherwise will be breach error of the Certificate.

That is not how it works...


NC and PMC Parameters can be found by looking at the blue book in the back of the machine, it has a paper copy of the values for your machine.

If it is not there, we can get a GENERIC version for you machine model and control type sent from Korea. (it would be needing some tweaking to match your machine, correctly)
