Shizuoka B3V Fanuc 6M

We have a Shizuoka B3V MillMaster with Fanuc 6M controller, 20 position tool carousel that seems to have had the Bubble memory erased so we have no parameters. Neither do we have a copy or any manuals. Does anyone have the same machine that could help me with parameter Data?
