Default Hitachi Seiki 4NE-600 LATHE STARTUP SEQUENCE

    Hi,
I purchased a Seiki 4NE-600 lathe on an auction.
Just powered it up and can not get servos to start.
I have 3 phase proper as Hydraulics are working under pressure.
Tail stock has pressure on return, but not on forward.
I do not think I am getting past all the safeties.
I replaced a missing estop at main panel wit 2 of Normally closed contacts.

It has an red panel display, maybe late 80's model.
Tape reader buttons have been cleaned and can not read what they should say.
Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Any manuals would be appreciated as well, I have only a sheet with parameters with the machine.
    Thanks

Hello, was the 4NE under power when you bought it and was it running?

If you haven't solved your problem yet. Try tail stock return M26 and low gear M40. I have the manuals for a Kia version 10 TF control, it is the same as a Hitachi I had a Hitachi previously.

Did you find the problem? We have bought the same lathe and have the same problem.

I have manual of this machine

Hello,I think that we have the same machine ,
and I suupose that in this panel is loaded some data
like timers , counters , keep relay ...
At the back of the door It have a card with batteries ,
these batteries are shur down and I suppose that we lose the
data which is loaded there ..
Do you have any manuals how to load this data and
    list with these parameters ?
