We can edit ladder On Screen and Use machine like this but if machine power down and Open again then all ladder is same as before, it cant save To rom, does anyone know How To procedure save modification To rom?
The ladder is in eprom and cannot be changed without programming new ones.
The control loads the ladder into dram and executes it; when you edit, the changes stay in dram until the power goes off. There is one other method: use a pmc-ram board. That has battery backup to retain the ladder.
Memoryman, i understand what you mean, after i edit ladder then i get it by rs-232 as S-FORM, but when i tried to re-load again, i cant, whats the wrong, can i re-load the ladder ? if possbile whats the procedure it?
To write pmc params and ladder to the control, you have to follow a specific procedure. And every time the control is turned off, you have to reload the ladder.
