Assuming this is a KURAKI.
The "Twin Arm" is the tool changing arm.
You should look up "EX056" in the error codes in the back of your manual for specifics.
Possibly your tool changing arm is out of position or you have a faulty limit switch, hydraulic solenoid, or your hydraulic pressure is low.

I lost parameter on this kuraki unlucky I don't have backup keeprelay, timer and counter. If you don't mind to share these parameters, thank you for your kindness
